Do you know a rich couple of architects with baby who lately moved into a new home, seated outside of the town near the edge of a deciduous forest? No? Me not, too. But now you know and decorate their house!

Finally (!) I finished my (as you decided in my latest poll) modern, quite huge lot, again (compared with “White Cape”) surrounded by a high number of trees (yes, I ♥ nature!). The clou: I’ve built the house around a big tree what features special, beautiful insights from the 1st and 2nd floor.
It was hard work but I tried to take shots of every corner of the furnished version to make refurnishing for you as easy as possible. (That’s the reason why there are so many published pictures below.)
If you’re interested in a particular object, just write me a comment. These requests will be answered on my flickr page by default (click here).
(UPDATE 14-03-2009: All previous objects’ requests were answered on flickr. Thank you all for your interest!)

Important: The tree in the middle of the house could be very annoying by furnishing the rooms; so just go to the game options’ panel and activate the option “hide object”.

I’ve enjoyed building and decorating this modern timber house very much so I wish you a recreative and fascinating playtime in it, too.

Now I’m really excited about your comments …
Psst: Have a look at my screenshots in bigger size on my flickr site!

Attention: Blue blinking Terrains?
In order to avoid the common problem with packaged lots and their terrains I just decided to upload my entire folder of terrain files. To all visitors who experienced this kind of bug: please tell me if the problem is now solved! Thank you in advance. Download my quite big terrains folder here. (~60MB unzipped).
Unfortunately besides some real gems I’m still having a lot of ugly crap in this folder … sorry
. Nova from http://cliquesim.blogspot.com/ has written me a great solution for filterung the correct, used terrains (Thank you very much, Nova
):
“I would like to also add a note to other gamers who might think you have quite too many terrain textures. I recommend players to install the houses and your terrain textures place the lot down in the neighborhood. There you can recover the textures with a maxis one. Once everything is covered and I mean EVERTHING. Go back to the neighborhood screen. Put lot back into the lots bin (Rename it First). There you have it you can then delete the terrains folder or just delete the ones they don’t want without having to worry about the {Blue Curse} Though remember to delete the original Lot. The only tidbit is that players have to re-terrain the lots.”

this is the most beautiful house i’ve ever seen, thank you so much for uploading!
it sucks that it’s not furnished haha because it is 100% my style!
you have a good taste.
my compliments!
